The Signing of Memorandum of Mutual Understanding the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia and “Imedi” TV Company

On the 7th of March of current year the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding was legalized between the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia and “Imedi” TV Company. The Memorandum takes into account to reveal earnestly the scientific achievements of the country, also to shed lustre on programmes which popularize the scientific inheritance, reforms, which take place in the field of education, to deliver information on materials, which show the successful implementation of scientific results in various fields of national economy, to make society in the swim of public discussion over the projects, which are extremely significant for the country etc. All these will be visible and accessible to the grass roots and give an opportunity to the interested parties to exchange information, and to take to all necessary measures secure to them the scientific support and spread information about them.
From the side of National Academy of Sciences of Georgia the Memorandum was signed by the President of the Academy Academician Roin Metereveli. From the side of “Imedi” TV Company – by the Company Director-General Mrs. Maka Lomidze.
