Third International Scientific Conference “Current Issues in Crime Investigation”

On December 21, 2021, the third international scientific conference entitled “Current Issues of Crime Investigation” dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Centre of Study and Prediction of Crime was held at the presidium of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences. The conference was organised by the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, Georgian Academy of Criminology Sciences, the Grigol Robakidze University Research Institute of Law and Criminology.  The conference was opened by the President of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, Academician Giorgi Kvesitadze. Participants were greeted by:

President of the Georgian Academy of Criminology, Director of the Scientific-Research Institute of Law and Criminology Professor Malkhaz Badzaghua; Rector of Grigol Robakidze University, Professor Mamuka Tavkhelidze; Executive Director of the American Society of Criminology, Professor of the University of Nebraska, Chris Eskridge (USA); Member of the Presidium of the European Parliament, Professor at the University of Warsaw Karol Karski, et al. 20 papers were presented at the conference. At the end President of the Georgian Academy of Criminology, Professor Malkhaz Badzagua presented the diplomas of the Academy members to Professors Tedo Japaridze and Giorgi Khatidze.
