On October 30, 2025, the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia held a jubilee event marking the 95th anniversary of the birth of the distinguished Georgian scientist, archaeologist, and historian, Academician Otar Lordkipanidze — laureate of the State Prize of Georgia and the Humboldt Prize, and a meritorious figure in science.
