Georgia, as an ancient country of agriculture, is characterized by high cultural traditions of agriculture. In the memoirs of our ancestors we can find ethnobotanical materials that reflect our ancestral traditions, religious customs. The conservation of agricultural biodiversity is of great importance in terms of our country’s history, ethnography and production of traditional products, especially now that a significant part of the plant genetic fund has been destroyed.
