Conference of the Coordination-Methodological Council of Medical and Biological Sciences
- November 21, 2022
The National Academy of Sciences of Georgia hosted a conference of the Coordination-Methodological Council of Medical and Biological Sciences on the topic: “Scientific research in medicine: achievements, problems and perspectives”. In the reports presented at the conference, it was noted that research in medicine can be conditionally divided into three groups: clinical, fundamental and applied.
Multi-center clinical studies are gradually becoming more relevant and important in clinical disciplines, which allow researchers not only to deepen their scientific skills, but also to assimilate more with international professional circles. As a result of research, detailed scientific data on the drug are obtained and then, based on the permission of the relevant regulatory authorities, they release it on the pharmaceutical market. This type of research is associated with a number of difficulties.
