Meeting of the Permanent Commission for Studying National Issues

For the first time in the history of Georgian scientific documentaries, a conference dedicated to the popular science and documentary films was held at the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia. The conference entitled “Science, culture, society; popular science cinema yesterday, today, tomorrow; problems and prospects” was organized by the Permanent Commission for Studying National Issues, Rakurs studio of popular and documentary films and the Association of Popular Science and Documentary Films. The concept of “development of scientific-popular and documentary films” was presented by the Association of Scientific-Popular and Documentary Films and the studio “Racurs” was discussed.
