The Innovative Method of Extracting of Natural Gas Coming from the Shelf of the Black Sea

The regular session of the center on  innovations and high technologies was held at the Academy of Sciences of Georgia. The paper “The Innovative Method of Extracting of Natural Gas Coming from the Shelf of the Black Sea” was delivered by the Professor at the Georgian Technical University Mr. Shota Mestvirishvili and  the Executive Director at the Agency of Strategic Initiatives  Mr. Koba Kikabidze. The presenters stressed that the group of Georgian scientists studied in Adjara region the chemical consistency of gas and its technological origin which steams out like a babbles from the bottom of the Black sea shelf. Presenters stressed that the research launches the new stage in the field of environmental protection and the trend of innovative development of energy sector. It will be significant contribution to the field of Georgia’s obligations concerning the zeroemission network ‘s problem solution which is determined for 2030. It will be also able to decrease the short-term pollution of atmosphere. It will encourage its technological and technical projecting and working out long-term foresight strategy in this direction
