Academician Zurab Tsereteli – 90

The National Academy of Sciences of Georgia played host to the solemn cession of celebration of 90 years jubilee of the well known man in culture, cavalier and laureate of numerous rewards and prizes, painter, sculptor, Academician at the Academy of Sciences of Georgia since 1997 Mr. Zurab Tsereteli.Mr. Zurab Tseretli is the Popular Painter of Georgia, the Honourable Citizen of the city of Tbilisi, In 2012 in the city of Tbilisi solemnly was opened Zurab Tseretli Museum of Modern Art(MOMA). Throughout his productive creative life he got Pablo Picasso Great Prize, the State Prize of Georgia. He is the UNESCO Good Will Ambassador, cavalier of the Orders of Dignity and Peoples’ Friendship. The National Academy of Sciences of Georgia cordially congratulates the great creator on the occasion of his jubilee and wishes him   successful creation.
