International Scientific Conference Dedicated to the Memory of Academician Nana Khazaradze

At the Georgian Technical University the International Scientific Conference: “The Route from the Ancient Civilizations up to Modern Time” was held dedicated to the memory of well-known historian, the Chairwoman of Ekwtime Takaishvili Society of Historians, Academician Mrs. Nana Khazaradze.

It must be mentioned that Nana Khazaradze throughout decades vigorously carried out pedagogic activity at Technical University. She encouraged the establishment the Chair of the History of Georgia and History of Georgian Culture. Mrs. Khazaradze was an author of numerous scientific books and articles, editor of scientific proceedings and reviewer. In 2017 the Honorary Diploma of Catalicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, the most Holy and Blessed Iliya II was conferred upon her for extraordinary contribution to the development of the society and science.
