Visit of the delegation of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences to Azerbaijan

On November 3-6, 2025, at the invitation of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the President of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences, Academician Roin Metreveli, and the Advisor to the President of the Academy, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Paata Surguladze were in Baku to participate in the anniversary events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
Within the framework of the visit, the delegation of the Georgian National Academy of Sciences held meetings with the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, Academician Asaf Hajiyev, the President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Evelina Slavcheva, the Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Montenegro Dragan Vukcevic, the representative of the Academia dei Lincei Professor Roberto Zeli, the Director of the Suzhou Research Center Dr. Lei Li, and the representative of the General Secretariat of the International Core Academy of Natural Sciences and Humanities Raymond Wu.
