Georgian Kings’ Poetry

On 27 December 2019, the presentation of the book “Georgian Kings’s Poetry” was held at the Academy. The event was organized jointly by the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia and the Heraldry House of Georgia. Ketevan Tomaradze opened the session with an opening speech, and Academician Roin Metreveli gave a detailed review of the book. The author of the idea of publishing a book is Otar Tsitsishvili and and the translation from Georgian into English of the works of Georgian kings (David Agmashenebeli, Demetre I, King Tamar, Teimuraz I, Archil, Teimuraz II, Vakhtang VI) was made by Nana Bukhradze, Thea Kuntelia and Ketevan Mamulashvili.
