World Science Day

World Science Day for Peace and Development, founded in 2001 by UNESCO, is celebrated annually on November 10 around the world. In this regard, the Georgian National Academy of Sciences traditionally celebrates this event. This year, 28 successful researchers working in various fields of science were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Academy. The promonent researchers were welcomed by the President of the Academy Giorgi Kvesitadze, Vice-President Roin Metreveli and Academician-Secretary Ramaz Khurodze.
