Meeting of the research team working on the issue of including the ancient traditional brewing technology used in Georgia’s highlands

On 12 June 2020, the National Academy of Sciences of Georgia hosted a meeting of the research team working on including the ancient traditional brewing technology used in Georgia’s highlands in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO. The meeting was chaired by vice-president of the Academy, academician Roin Metreveli. Maka Taktakishvili, an expert of the National Agency for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of Georgia presented the report – “Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Representative List of UNESCO”.
